Job Description:
·        Ensure that the plans received from relevant stakeholders responsible for planning Fixed Line rollout matches requesting unit’s requirements
·        Ensure that information received from relevant stakeholders responsible for planning provides sufficient capacity to support marketing’s subscriber forecast and adequate headroom in line with NWG’s 366 strategy
·        Ensure that proper documentation of projects, and procedures are provided and effectively communicated across all stakeholders
·        Maintain accurate and thorough knowledge of the national network through feedback from the Projects Team.
·        Provide support in Forecasting quarterly material requirements to ensure availability for deployment on Enterprise Network Solutions projects
·        Provide support with presentations, meetings etc as required, for the Enterprise Solutions Sales team
·        Manage the provision of specialist technical support to all other department regarding the network and related problems
Job Conditions: Â Â Â General MTN N working conditions. A valid drivers license. Additional working time is usually required on a need basis.
Reporting To: Â Â Â Solutions Manager
Required Skills:
5 years work experience of which
* At least 3 years in a delivery-driven communications network environment.
* Ability to work alone with or without supervision.
* Sound understanding of Telecom standards and working knowledge of IP transport mechanisms
* Very Good knowledge of Wireline technologies and the definition of solutions utilizing them
* Good knowledge of Cisco products, technologies and future road map,
* Stakeholder relationship management; customer service experience and orientation

Cisco technology training & certification would be an advantage Any fixed line or wire line certification will be an advantage
