    * Ensure that IA packages and payroll instructions are properly implemented and executed in line with policy.<br />
    * Oversee the effective delivery of remuneration and reward across the company, especially salary increase management and incentive schemes.<br />
    * Manage the full Job Evaluation process through the use of the JE Manager technology and ensure internal equity and consistency across functions.<br />
    * Implement and sustain non monetary recognition arrangements which will create and embed a culture of spontaneous recognition.<br />
    * Implement and maintain a reward communication strategy that enhances transparency and keeps employees informed.<br />
    * Develop and enhance reward training modules for line and HR managers to increase their reward management competence.<br />
    * Respond to all queries around expatriate remuneration and benefits.<br />
    * Develop, maintain and implement a reward induction module for new hires.<br />

<p>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</p>
<p>    * 5 years minimum experience in Human Resources in a multinational organisation with knowledge of HRM practices &#038; principles.<br />
    * 2 &#8211; 3 years of specialised experience in R&#038;B function in an FMCG environment is preferable.<br />
    * Ability to design and manage pay &#038; benefits systems<br />
    * Conceptual understanding of market survey techniques; ability to conduct and interpret compensation surveys;<br />
    * Ability to work with numerical &#038; graphical data; understanding of statistics.<br />
    * Excellent working knowledge of JE Manager and HAY evaluation method and understanding of other alternative approaches to job evaluation.<br />

<p>* A good knowledge of book keeping and financial reporting is required. Proficiency in Microsoft words &amp; excel is required. Also good knowledge of the Company Enterprise Resource Programme, currently systems applications and procedures ( SAP) especially General Ledger in FI module is essential.<br />

Ensure that a report, in standard format, is submitted monthly to the Country<br />
Security Manager.<br />
Ensure that security procedures within the company are according to British American Tobacco Policies and Best Practice and adequately protect company personnel, assets, business operations/activities and intellectual property/information.<br />
Provide briefings for international staff/visitors on â€˜in-countryâ€™ security issues on arrival.Leadership:Develop and maintain the professional standards and effectiveness of all subordinate security staff, including contractors and consultants, and distribution chain throughout the Company by conducting such inspections and reviews as are necessary for this purpose<br />
Supervise and coach team members on security procedures for the protection of:<br />
Company personnel/families/visitors.<br />
Tobacco products in respect of their manufacture, storage and distribution.<br />
Company assets, information, property and business operations activities</p>
<p>Management:</p>
<p>Ensure the day-to-day management of your unit/ team.<br />
Control the functions of other security personnel, employees and contractors and those with security responsibilities so as to provide a properly co-ordinated and cost effective service.<br />
Devise and co-ordinate appropriate specialist security training in respect of security and/or other nominated personnel employed within the Area.<br />
Ensure that a report, in standard format, is submitted monthly to the Country Security Manager, together with minutes of the Security Committee Meetings</p>

Monitor and report on the political and socio-economic situation of the country at all times and provide accurate and concise information to guide and guard the function in providing proper security to the company.</p>
<p>Relationship Results</p>
<p>Liaise with all arms of the countryâ€™s security apparatus as well as other corporate security entities.<br />
Attend security professional briefings and meetings.<br />
Liaise with company management staff on issues bothering on general security and advice as required.</p>
<p>Innovative Results</p>
<p>Develop and maintain a steady supply and pool of relevant and meaningful security reports and details.<br />
Develop and disseminate improved methods of investigation with the aim of reducing amount of time spent on investigations.</td>

<td class="itemtext">Be a mature individual, with a broad experience in corporate security management.<br />
Possess good communication skills in English, which he is able to exercise at all levels.<br />
Be capable of exploiting all sources of information to obtain and collate detail on all threats or potential threats to the Company.<br />
Being capable of issuing clear written and verbal orders.<br />
Have the ability to produce timely, accurate, detailed and concise written and verbal reports/reviews.<br />
Have a detailed knowledge of all aspects of physical and electronic security; specifically, locks, building security, control of access procedures, perimeter protection, the use of Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and Intruder Detection Systems (IDS).<br />
Keep abreast of current trends and techniques in the security field and disseminate the product of such knowledge to relevant personnel within the company.<br />
Be capable of commanding a contracted and/or â€˜in-houseâ€™ guard force.<br />
Be capable of carrying out and managing effective investigations involving breaches of security and security incidents. Able to prepare, conduct and record interviews.<br />
Understand the principles involved in the protection of Company information, including that which is computer based, and the measures/procedures required to achieve this.<br />
Have the ability to provide a security input to contingency plans.</td>
