<p>Maintains strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in these accounts. Creates solutions which are tailored to client&#8217;s business needs and integrates the brand capabilities and competitiveness in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition. <h4>I. GENERAL INFORMATION:</h4>
<p>TechnoServe is a rapidly growing non-profit organization dedicated to the expansion of economic opportunity and income for the poor in over 20 countries. Founded in 1968, TechnoServe implements projects that enhance the competitiveness of agricultural and other industry “value chains” for the benefit of small-holder farmers and other market participants in developing countries. A second main focus is the identification and development of high potential entrepreneurs for the expansion of their businesses and generation of employment opportunities.  TechnoServe employs a staff of 700 business and technical specialists and program managers throughout its network in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and India.</p>

<h4>II. PRIMARY PURPOSE &amp; FUNCTION:</h4>
<p>TechnoServe is in the process of launching new programs in West and Southern Africa, and is seeking senior managers to oversee the implementation of those programs. This includes the development and maintenance of a robust and impactful program strategy, management of day to day operations in line with that strategy, recruitment and retention of staff and representation of TechnoServe to external partners and donors.</p>
<h4>III. DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</h4>
<p><strong>Impact</strong></p>

<li>Developing the strategic vision for the program/country and its execution</li>
<li>Developing, presenting and implementing the annual goals and objectives of the program</li>
<li>Overseeing effective and efficient management of the client business portfolio; portfolio implementation, monitoring and evaluation, quality control, cost-effectiveness and day-to-day oversight</li>
<li>Developing, maintaining and utilizing the network of local TechnoServe partners relevant to the program</li>

In scope for System support is the cover of Hardware, Operating system and Storage (Disk<br />

<p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITITES</p>
<p>Understands the customer&#8217;s strategic business objectives and how to best leverage<br />
Oracle Services<br />
2. Own, develop and deliver Service Delivery Plan<br />
3. Owns, manages, delivers and reports on agreed services. Includes producing and<br />
distributing customer reports, including monthly Service Review Meetings.<br />
4. Streamline the management of critical issues<br />
5. Operational management of the on-site engineers and remote resources such as the<br />
Excellence Center in order to meet agreed customer contractual Statements of Work<br />
(SOW&#8217;s) and Service Level Agreement (SLA&#8217;s).<br />
6. Contributes to cost control and margin improvement by driving Automated Service<br />
Requests (ASR), MyOracle Support (MOS), Shared Shell, by ensuring accurate<br />

<h3>The role: Business Development Manager, West Africa</h3>
<p>Calling all entrepreneurs&#8211;Google&#8217;s New Business Development team needs deal-makers to drive our next big move. You work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships.
